Three Bikes

First off, I made the colors more vivid with 'Lab Color' Curves. Merged the layers and changed the mode back to 'RGB'. Then I used the 'Cutout Filter'. Then I used Photoshop Tip 8: And used 'Edit>Fade' and changed the filter opacity and I changed the blending mode to 'Hard Light'. And then I cropped the image.
